Wedding Trick-or-Treat

For those of you who are married, did you have a good time at your wedding? Or, were you like me – so stressed-out that you could not enjoy the special day?

Over the weekend, I attended the wedding of a bride and groom who most definitely had a good time! My niece married a Halloween-fanatic; so, of course, they married on October 31st. Below are some photos from the night. Hope they make you smile – I was grinning all night.

Photos (top-bottom): Bride and her gnome groom with a few of the guests; jack-o-lanterns carved with the image of the bride and groom flanked the head table; another ghoulish/creative touch: old-fashioned portraits of the couple complete with moving eyes; my niece’s proud uncles joined the costumed fun; and my favorite bridesmaid socializes with a real stiff.

What fun and great pictures! The Viccora family needed a wonderful celebration like this. Your niece looks just like Mike’s mom.

What a very cool wedding! And a great way to spend Halloween I’m sure! I did have fun at my wedding — but probably not that much fun!

I did have a good time at my wedding. The ceremony was everything I dreamed it would be. I made compromises on the reception, which didn’t really matter because the people we cared most about were there to celebrate with us.
